Logan's Jackson Hospital Appointment

On Thursday I took Logan to see Dr. Stricker, a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at U of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.  I liked the doctor and the fact that he seemed up to date on current medical research.  He also teaches at U of Miami.

Dr. Stricker's information regarding Logan's disease was basically the same, but his course of action was a little different than Dr. Baitner at Miami Children's Hospital.  Dr. Stricker said Logan seemed about middle of the road as far as severity of his disease.  He didn't want to see Logan until 9 months from now.  He also said he would only x-ray the bad arm at that time and that Logan would eventually need surgery on that arm.  Other x-rays would be done on an as needed basis.

Now we have to decide who we want to work with and what will be best for our Logie boy.
