Happy 5th Birthday Logan

Logan has been fortunate enough to celebrate his birthday many different times this month!  On his actual birthday, I took the kids to a manmade beach with fresh water in Minnestrista.  They loved playing in the sand and the shallow water.  And bonus- the water was clean and had no fish or weeds!  Plus, they had extra-large Kool-Aid ice pops.  Lucky us!

For dinner, we went to The Big Bowl with GG, Pa, Grandma K, and Kathy.  Logan ate a huge bowl of chicken and noodles and Mia had two bowls of chicken noodle soup.  We had a delicious oreo cookie cake for dessert.  Of course, Logan got more goodies including legos, a scooter, playmobile toys, and more!  A good time was had by all.

Over the weekend, we celebrated yet again- this time at GG and Pa's house with our cousins.  We enjoyed a yummy homecooked pasta meal and a Thomas the Train cake.  Logan got a cool ant farm which he is excited to set up when we get home.  The kids made giant structures out of cups and had a fun night.
