Trolley... ding, ding

We explored my old hometown of Excelsior, and much to our surprise, the town trolley was running!  Of course we hopped on.  We paid $2 each and received a token to put into the coin counter after we climbed aboard.  The windows were all open and we sat on old woven cane bench seats.  After going a couple of blocks, we stopped at the historic trolley museum.  Inside, we saw the oldest working trolley in the US- from 1893!  We also explored another trolley that was being restored.  After the museum tour, we boarded and drove to the end of the line (another couple of blocks- not too long!).  Then the trolley turned around and brought us back into the center of town.  It was really enjoyable and Logan absolutely loved it!  He has a thing for trains ya know.
